Please note it is not possible to collect internet orders from our Store. All internet orders are dispatched via our carrier.
We do not accept telephone orders for Internet sales. Please use the secure 'shopping cart' facility on our website to make orders and payments.
Our policy is to dispatch all orders within two working days. Most items will be dispatched the same day provided we receive orders before 1pm. Should an item in your order be out of stock then we will contact you and advise the lead time and ask if you would like us to dispatch a part order or wait for the complete order to become available.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery Charge: Interlink Express
Free delivery for orders over £65.00.
Our standard delivery charge is £7.40 for an order value up to £65.00. Orders are normally dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm Monday to Friday but at busy times dispatch may take longer. Delivery on orders placed Monday to Thursday is usually the next day after dispatch but orders taken on Friday will be delivered early the following week. Please note that delivery to some areas of the UK may take a little longer.
We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays nor Bank Holidays.
Special Saturday UK Mainland Delivery Charge: Interlink Express
We offer a Saturday delivery option on orders placed before 1.00pm Friday and the charge for this service is £22.99.
It is important to note that this service is not available to destinations in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles.
Standard UK Offshore delivery charge: Parcelforce Worldwide
We deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Highlands and Islands of Scotland. The service name is Parcelforce 48 and cost of this service is from £14.99. Please refer to the Parcelforce web site for full details of the service.
Delivery charge to Channel Islands & Isle of Wight: Interlink Express
The delivery cost for this 'two day' service is £25.00 per parcel up to a weight of 10kg.
BFPO Delivery Charge: Royal Mail (HM Forces Special Delivery)
Harlequin will deliver orders worth over £65.00 free of charge. Our standard delivery charge by Royal Mail (HM Forces Special Delivery) is £7.95 for an order value up to £65.00 and less than 2.0kg in weight.
Please note BFPO delivery durations vary depending upon the location.
You will be contacted if your parcel weight is in excess of 5.0kg and/or outside of the volumetric constraints imposed by our carrier and advised of the appropriate additional charge.
We reserve the right to withhold shipment until we agree any additional charges with you and those agreed additional charges are settled directly with Harlequin. You have the right to cancel your order if you consider the additional charge(s) is too expensive. A full refund would then apply. Please note that all charges and thresholds are liable to change.
You will receive an e-mail from the Carrier which advises delivery details. (Royal Mail shipments can be tracked via their web site) The Interlink e-mail will include a link to allow you to track the item. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for the delivery as items are returned to us after two failed delivery attempts. We would advise that you contact the Carrier following the first delivery failure in order to make arrangements to achieve a successful second delivery. Alternatively you may wish to collect from the Carriers local depot if convenient. This alternative arrangement can be explored when you make contact with the Carrier.
In the event that the item is returned to us by the Carrier then we will endeavour to contact you by phone to arrange a further delivery attempt. In addition to the carriage charge for the further delivery we reserve the right to apply a £9.75 handling charge. The returned item(s) will be checked and repacked before dispatch. (If an item is returned to us following delivery failure our Carrier will make a return delivery charge against Harlequin). If you do not agree to a further delivery attempt then we will refund the cost of the goods less a £9.75 handling charge but not the original carriage charge.
If an item is refused when delivered on time we will refund the cost of the goods less £9.75 handling charge but not the original carriage charge.
Loss & Damaged Goods
Compensation for any loss or damaged goods will be limited to the Carriers Standard Terms and Conditions. Any Loss or damage must be reported to Harlequin within 4 days following the predicted/actual delivery date. Harlequin will then refer the matter to the Carrier.
Harlequin will not accept any claim for lost or damaged items.
